Our Programs
Our arts education programs enhance children’s education, wellbeing and community involvement, giving them the best possible start in life.
Our programs provide opportunities for students to develop arts skills and knowledge as well as develop their creativity and self-expression, thinking skills, cross-cultural skills and appreciation of diversity.
We believe a comprehensive arts learning program includes sequential learning for students, teacher mentoring and professional development, access to digital arts education resources, and community engagement projects.
We understand that schools have different needs and circumstances, so we work in partnership with each school to determine the best approach for their students and school community. From semester long programs to best-practice multi-year programs, we work to deliver student and teacher outcomes that meet the goals of each school.
Schools can seek funding support through The Song Room or they can arrange self-funding for a program in dance, drama, media arts, music, or visual arts.
